These days, with such limitations on liquids when I fly (which is frequently), Chile Soulamente is the answer! The only problem is, when I shake some on food that I've brought on board, I almost always set off a fellow passenger into a fit of sneezing! It's my favorite hot condiment!

I have to say it was a pleasure meeting you and Chile Soulamente was a great gift. I recently put some on beef jurkey and wow it was fabulous! Thank you from all the 6-south staff. It's good with soup too.

Ok you are not gonna believe this but I put some Chiles Soulamente on Gefilte Fish tonight and it was really great! Gefilte Fish is my new diet food. I buy it in the large jar at Costco.

I eat oatmeal every morning. After reading the enclosed recommendations I didn't hesitate to spice up my morning. Keep up the good work Bob. I'll see you later in the month.

Bob,
I put the Chile's S in the Mexican style Quiche on Christmas morning, everyone raved about it. My husband put it in his Chili and boy did it have a great kick!!
It is also fabulous on ribs/steaks and chicken. Thanks!

OK, here's the thing of it. My beautiful and intelligent wife just happened to give me two bottles of Bob's Chiles Soulamente for Hanukah, as I was trying to bounce back from a wicked URI stemming primarily from badly overtraining for the past 4 months.

I pounded some onto my lentil soup. Ate the soup. Cough went away.

Next morning, I pounded some onto my training breakfast. Congestion went away.

By lunch, I was feeling like Thor, God of Thunder, but I mixed some into my hummus, just because it tastes so doggone good.

It is absolutely one of the the best seasonings I have ever had. Bob has truly figured out why the good Lord put chiles onto this earth.

Thanks, Bob!

Bob

I used the chiles you sent as a rub (combined with melted butter)I always use the paperbag method for cooking the bird. The skin was crispy and had a nice "bite" my family loved it! I did not tell them about my secret ingredient until after everyone had tried it.

Soon I will be ordering more chile's.yum!

Last weekend I bought two racks of
ribs from Costco for a football gathering on Sunday. I split them in two to make four sections and had a competition, two spices and two sauces. For those that liked spicy (and I do mean spicy) you beat out Fat Daddy's sauce, J. Leroy's spice blend and my own personal mix. For those who haven't used it, try
it and keep water handy. DAVE

Hey Bob,
That chile of yours is really great. I wanted to tell you about a great new recipe my wife cooked up, it is really simple and just takes a few seconds. Ingredients: your chile mix and maple syrup. That's it. My wife recently baked some squash and she drizzled some of this mixture over it before baking. It came out fantastic. Sweet and spicy. Since then we've tried it on sweet potatoes and green beans. Great. She says it would be great on baked ham too (but we don't eat meat so you'll have to try that one).

Keep up the good work,
Matt
